Jesus Messiah comic book

More than half of the text in the comic book comes straight from
the Gospels. The strips illustrate the Scriptures and help to learn to read.

Since 1993 this comic book by Willem de Vink (http://willemdevink.nl/index.php)
on the market and
since 2000 processed/promoted by Wycliffe (http://jm-project.org) in language groups they work with.
Wycliffe is NOT selling the books themselfes but their partners do.

You can support this inititative with donations:(steun dit project)

The comic books may be used in local (Sunday) schools or just are fun for reading!

More than half of the text in the comic book comes from

In a report:
“The kids were very excited and surprised to receive their own
books. Most of the kids immediately began reading their own book Jesus Messiah. ”

Christiaan Nieuwenhuize (https://wycliffe.nl/veldwerk/veldmedewerker/nederland/christiaan-nieuwenhuize) is since 2012 the “Jesus Messiah” coordinator and is based in Driebergen in the Netherlands.

The books maybe prepared and printed commercially in the Netherlands or any printer chosen by the translator.

If you want to start a “Jesus Messiah” project in your own language, take in account the following:
1. Are all the relevant portions of the Gospels consultant-checked?
2. Do you have funds available?
3. Did you have a distribution plan, how to get the books to the readers?

Wycliffe has no funds for printing the book. We trust other will donate.
To keep prinitng cost price reasonable, I print small (1000 copies) and large numbers from a few languages combined in one big run of printing.

That means there will be a waiting time on other projects. (so 10,000 copies can be printed)
The printing costs depending on the total number of books printed in one run.
